With the SV Tool closed...
1. Start
2. Settings
3. Control panel
4. Add/Remove programs
5. From the list find the file Escro SV Tool > click to highlight
6. Click on ‘Click here for support information’
7. Click on ‘Repair’
8. Close
9. Run SV tool
10. Send ‘Test email’
